FITNESS OFFICER

Overview

The company is currently looking for a proactive Fitness Officer to be stationed at its Accra Offices, responsible for managing daily operations in Accra.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement plans to achieve and surpass product objectives.
- Expand portfolio by generating new leads and acquiring new customers.
- Foster positive and enduring relationships with current and potential clients.
- Research and identify opportunities in both new and existing markets.
- Manage existing customer base through routine visits and seek out new customers within designated territory.
- Actively promote and sell company products.
- Provide support and conduct product deliveries to retail customers as needed.
- Ensure visibility of fitness products in-store through effective merchandising and timely dissemination of product information, prices, and promotions.
- Monitor competitor activities and gather customer feedback.
- Participate in organizing product trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to boost marketing and sales of fitness products.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports to line manager or assigned brands.
- Undertake any other duties assigned periodically.

Requirements

- Attain product sales targets (in terms of value or volume) for the designated territory
- Ensure customers adhere to credit sales terms
- Sustain and expand customer base
- Maintain prompt and punctual product delivery turnaround times
- Uphold road safety standards, especially during exhibitions and roadshows
- Deliver excellent customer service with no service breaches
- Adhere to all policies and internal processes with 100% compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports with 100% compliance
