Overview

By making loans more accessible to groups of people and companies, you will be a vital part of company’s mission as a Group Loan & Marketing Officer. Along with managing a portfolio of group loans, making sure that corporate regulations and procedures are followed, and cultivating a solid rapport with clients, your responsibilities will include selling the company's many products.

Responsibilities

• Determine prospective customers, promote the company's goods, and evaluate their creditworthiness • Organize meetings for groups to go over loan conditions and collect repayments. • Assist clients with business development and financial education • Keep an eye on loan portfolios to guarantee prompt repayments and reduce delinquencies. • Keep current and accurate client records • Respect Secure Capital's goals and core principles in all dealings.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or HND in business administration, finance, economics, or a similar discipline • A track record of success in banking or micro lending with an emphasis on group lending • Strong grasp of loan procedures and financial concepts • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • Capacity to operate both individually and in a team successfully • Knowledge of the local market and fluency in the local languages are advantages.
