We are searching for a dependable and experienced Field Sales Manager who will be in charge of maintaining constant lead generation for prospects at the top of the funnel.
• Engage potential drivers in conversation to inform them of the onboarding procedure so they can become Champions. • promoting and selling goods and services to potential drivers • Analyze the needs and costs of current and future clients in order to satisfy their demands. • Create, nurture, and preserve a positive business and customer rapport with potential drivers. • In order to optimize satisfaction, expedite the settlement of customer/driver complaints and issues. • Reach predetermined goals and sales targets within the set time frame. • Work with teammates to plan the sales campaign. • Evaluate the potential of the territory/market, monitor sales and status updates. • Make and evaluate reports on the demands, issues, and interests of your customers as well as their competitive landscape and the possibilities for new goods and services. • Organize the sales force to meet predetermined goals.
• A degree in any discipline • Three or more years in a similar position • Excellent oral and written communication skills Must grasp the local dialect of the business territory. • Being multilingual is an additional benefit. • Outstanding organizational and analytical abilities with experience • He or she should have strong planning and numerical abilities and be able to enjoy clerical and administrative tasks. • Self-starter with a preference for technology and the capacity to increase sales
