Overview
A Real Estate Company seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to oversee the schedules and communications of key executives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners
- Manage information flow accurately and promptly
- Coordinate executives’ calendars and arrange meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Track daily expenses and prepare periodic reports
- Supervise other clerical staff
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Prepare internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports
- Record meeting minutes
- Manage phone calls and correspondence distribution
- Maintain office filing systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Human Resource, Psychology, or Law (LLB is a plus)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, with Real Estate experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Up-to-date technological proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
