Overview

A Real Estate Company seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to oversee the schedules and communications of key executives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners
  • Manage information flow accurately and promptly
  • Coordinate executives’ calendars and arrange meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Track daily expenses and prepare periodic reports
  • Supervise other clerical staff
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Prepare internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports
  • Record meeting minutes
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence distribution
  • Maintain office filing systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Human Resource, Psychology, or Law (LLB is a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, with Real Estate experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Up-to-date technological proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
