Operations and marketing manager

Overview

In your role as Operations and Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of managing daily operations and putting marketing plans into action to advertise our services. This includes handling reservations for travel, liaising with suppliers, assessing market trends, and supervising advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. • Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient use of resources. • Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring marketing and operations teams to achieve goals and objectives. • Performance Analysis: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and inform data-driven decisions. • Product Development: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products or services. • Project Management: Coordinating marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality results. • Brand Management: Maintaining brand consistency across channels, ensuring alignment with company values and messaging.
