Sales Promoter

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Promoter to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Promoter, your primary responsibility will be to effectively promote our products and services, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales through various marketing strategies. You will directly interact with potential and existing customers to communicate product benefits and handle customer queries.

Responsibilities

• Product Promotion: Conduct and manage on-site promotions and events, demonstrate product features, and highlight the benefits to Wholesales/Retailers to boost sales and enhance engagement. • Customer Interaction: Engage with Trade, respond to inquiries, and effectively handle the trade’s needs to facilitate the sales process. • Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by maintaining a thorough knowledge of the products offered, pricing models, and industry trends. • Marketing Materials: Set up promotional booths or kiosks, distribute brochures and samples, and gather customer feedback on various products. • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on competitor activities and market conditions to offer insights to the sales team. • Achievement of Goals: Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies to improve overall team performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing, sales, or related field is advantageous. • Proven experience as a Sales Promoter, Merchandiser, or similar role. • Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers and team members. • Confident, pleasant personality, and a professional appearance. Preferred Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Good organizational and multitasking abilities. • A knack for sales and a drive to consistently meet sales targets. • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
