Overview

To promote the Institute's initiatives and programs to non-governmental organizations, public and private organizations, and institutions in order to increase brand awareness and encourage interaction with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Generates and disseminates creative marketing content on the Institute's membership, professional certification initiatives, CPD programs, and Act and Regulations. Produces interesting and captivating material for a range of platforms, such as blogs, websites, social media, and whitepapers. Oversees social media initiatives in collaboration with internal staff and outside vendors. Makes use of search engine optimization to raise the Institute's online visibility. Promotes the Institute's branding to increase awareness of it. To strengthen the Institute's membership drive, plans and coordinates outreach programs aimed at educational institutions, business institutions (both public and private), and HR companies. Works in concert with academic institutions, associations for professionals, and businesses to plan career fairs, seminars, and other events. keeps an eye on and evaluates the success of marketing initiatives, delivering frequent reports and suggestions for development. keeps up with market circumstances, rival activity, and industry developments to inform and modify marketing and PR plans.

Requirements

A degree from a university in business administration, marketing, communication, or a similar discipline. A minimum of three (3) years of pertinent post-qualification experience in a marketing capacity, ideally gained from a similar organization or professional association. Having a marketing-related CIMG Professional Qualification will be advantageous. A track record of creating and implementing marketing and PR efforts that are successful. Proficiency with social media, email marketing, content management systems, and other digital marketing tools and platforms. Proven ability to create and carry out marketing initiatives that promote growth and engagement.
