Head of Channels

Overview

To be in charge of the Marketing Team and actively drive DIL's marketing initiatives by coming up with concepts and impact models that directly affect the company's top and bottom lines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the business channels and make sure DIL's products are distributed efficiently. • Distribute DIL goods over a wide range of channels. • Take the lead and find fresh ways to market DIL's products. • Create new product lines by integrating DIL's business tactics with marketing and customer service. • Create and put into action market segmentation and targeting strategies. • Assist all relevant parties in coordinating marketing initiatives with sales strategies. • Monitor channel partner trends and promote marketing excellence within the company. • Assess and document the return on investment for sales enablement. • In charge of directing strategy and expansion within the designated target clientele • Act as a prominent internal spokesperson for the marketing, sales, and transformation department. Plan and carry out campaigns using both in-house resources and outside contractors. • Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of both new and current collaborations. • Establish the tactical and strategic guidelines for channel marketing initiatives that bring in money across all areas. • Uphold precise monitoring systems and evaluate action plans to gain managerial understanding. • Capacity to use quarterly review templates for program documentation, planning, marketing, and execution

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in project management, marketing, or business • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, leadership, and time management skills. • Knowledge of overseeing several sales channels • Insurance knowledge is advantageous. • Appropriate recognition for project management
