Credit Control and Data Analyst Officer

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Control and Data Analyst Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing credit control processes and analyzing data to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate credit records and reports • Monitor and chase debtors to ensure timely payments • Develop and implement effective credit control procedures • Analyze financial data to identify trends and risks • Provide insights and recommendations to management on credit and financial performance • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track credit and financial data • Collaborate with teams to resolve credit and financial issues • Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, finance, or a similar discipline. • Three years or more of experience managing credit. financial analysis or a position similar to it. • Strong analytical abilities and command of data analysis software (such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI). • Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities. • Well-organized, results-driven, and possessing great problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. • The capacity to function both alone and together. • Understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles. • Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
