We are seeking an accomplished Administration Manager to oversee our company's daily support operations and devise the most effective administrative protocols. You will oversee a group of experts as they carry out various administrative tasks across several departments.
• Create strategies to streamline operations and plan and manage administrative systems and procedures. • Hire, develop, and assign staff members as well as office space and tasks. • Evaluate employee performance and offer coaching and direction to guarantee optimal productivity. • Assure sufficient and efficient information flow inside the organization to support other business functions. • Control deadlines and timetables • Keep an eye on office supply inventories and new material purchases while keeping a close eye on financial limits. • Keep an eye on expenditures and costs to help in budget development. • In charge of overseeing tradespeople, maintenance tasks, and facilities services (e.g electricians) • Plan, coordinate, and oversee other office tasks like recycling, remodeling, and event preparation. • Verify that activities follow the rules and guidelines. • Stay up to date on all business and organizational developments.
• Six years or more of relevant work experience • Experience working in the manufacturing industry is a must. Excellent supervision abilities and methods • Familiarity with warehouse software programs and Microsoft Office • Capacity to enter, retrieve, and evaluate data; a hands-on dedication to finishing the task • Demonstrated aptitude for managing and arranging activities • Strong time-management and organizing abilities • A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or logistics
