Responsibilities

• Create, put into place, and keep improving operating procedures for all departments. • By creating a thorough operational excellence plan, you will guarantee alignment with the company's strategic objectives and cultivate a culture of ownership and cooperation. • Oversee and direct major cross-functional projects, making sure they are completed on schedule, under budget, and with positive results. Your ability to handle projects well will be crucial in advancing strategic ambitions. • Encourage the creation and deployment of an all-inclusive data collection and analysis system. Utilize data insights to guide resource allocation, performance enhancement, and strategic decision-making across all departments. • play a significant part in establishing a productive and inspiring work atmosphere. Requirements

• Five years or more of steadily increasing senior operations management experience in the agriculture or allied industries. • A track record of effectively managing and streamlining operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting. It is imperative to have a track record of attaining noteworthy expansion and enhanced efficiency via operational excellence endeavors. • Strong grasp of risk assessment, financial management, company strategy, and the African agricultural environment. • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities with the capacity to inspire, encourage, and establish enduring bonds with people at all levels as well as successfully influence stakeholders. • Shown expertise with data analysis tools, operational management software, and project management techniques. • Strategic thinking with an emphasis on long-term vision, innovation, and ongoing improvement. • A love of farming and a thorough awareness of the potential and difficulties the African agricultural sector faces.
