Overview

Office and administrative supervisors are responsible for managing the work of administrative staff members. Office and Administrative Supervisors may carry out the following administrative tasks in order to fulfill this obligation:

Responsibilities

• Keep an eye on the administrative staff's everyday tasks to make sure that the right processes are being followed and quality standards are being reached. • Provide staff with direction on how to handle mistakes, issues, and complaints. • Manage the scheduling and tracking of business cars. • fuel delivery. • Organize duty allocations and work schedules. • Utilizing a database or word processing software, prepare and maintain reports, manuals, letters, and other materials. Interpret and explain work practices and departmental rules to personnel. • Coordinate workplace operations with other departments, units, or teams by working with other supervisors. • Put business or departmental policies, guidelines, and standards for quality and services into practice. • Keep records of everything: supplies, orders, workers, inventory, and maintenance records.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar discipline; Knowledge of vehicle management; familiarity with fuel dispensing and computation. • Three years of administrative experience, along with team management abilities; versatile and eager to take on last-minute assignments.
