Lead Sales Coordinator

Overview

Leading goat sales, turning leads into clients, supporting the import procedure, and providing management with detailed sales data are all part of your job description as the sales manager. To put it briefly, you will oversee the goats' seamless import and promote sales while keeping management informed.

Responsibilities

• As the defender of our goats, you'll find leads and turn them into devoted patrons. • Assist with the seamless importation of goats by making sure that all rules and guidelines are followed. • Create thorough sales reports to monitor progress toward sales targets and provide input for management initiatives. • Convert leads into clients, formulates pricing plans, and produces eye-catching marketing collateral. • Perform market research, ascertain the requirements of the clientele, and suggest the ideal goats. • Assist in facilitating the goat importation procedure while making sure all rules are followed. • Create informative sales reports to guide management decisions. • Oversee a sales force and make travel arrangements for client or industry gatherings.

Requirements

• A minimum of a diploma in business, marketing, agriculture, or a similar profession. • Proficiency in computer applications. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • Strong written and spoken English language proficiency. • Speaking several languages is advantageous. • Considerable experience in a comparable position at work. • Capacity to work both under supervision and under pressure. • Need to be available to begin work right away. • An intense love of agriculture. • Excellent customer service abilities are necessary for this position, including the capacity to professionally answer questions and handle problems over the phone and on WhatsApp. • Shown success in sales • A thorough knowledge of the goat industry • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities • The capacity to function both alone and together
