Overview

In order to ensure the quality and safety of our beverages, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Quality System Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining our quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create, put into effect, and maintain our quality management system while making sure it complies with legal and industry standards. • Perform risk assessments and internal audits to find areas that need improvement and make sure quality standards are being followed. • Examine and address quality concerns, putting remedial and preventive measures in place to keep them from happening again. • Work together with teams from different departments, such as supply chain, R&D, and production, to promote continuous development and guarantee that quality is incorporated into every facet of the company. • Create and deliver training on quality protocols and best practices to guarantee that every staff member is aware of their responsibility for upholding quality. • To help with quality decision-making, analyze data and metrics to find patterns and potential improvement areas. • Assure efficient record-keeping and documentation, keeping accurate and current records of high-quality activities. • Keep abreast of market developments, legislative adjustments, and industry best practices while offering suggestions for enhancements. • Take part in external audits and inspections to make sure that regulations are being followed. • Create and oversee high-quality budgets that guarantee efficient resource distribution.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as quality management or food science. • Five years or more of minimum experience managing quality in the food and beverage sector. • Solid understanding of the rules, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to quality management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to comprehend information and reach well-informed conclusions. • Capabilities for working with cross-functional teams, including effective communication and teamwork. • Capacity to adjust to shifting deadlines and priorities while working in a fast-paced atmosphere. • Strong ability to keep correct records and paperwork and strong attention to detail
