Senior Project Engineer

Overview

In order to transform customer-driven requirements into lucrative solutions, the senior project engineer will use their technical expertise and industry background as a foundation for developing essential product/service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• While optimizing income potential, pursue new business opportunities, follow up on those that have already been pursued, and fortify current client connections. • Contribute to the creation of the business case for new opportunities, taking into account the commercial model, policy compliance, and risk assessment. • Make sure commercial proposals and POs satisfy technical and commercial inquiries in accordance with the qualifications of the client and follow up on the same. • Manage and oversee variation orders, informing clients when necessary. • In accordance with client buying and service trends, offer both proactive and reactive customer assistance. • Organize the bid and tender procedures, starting with the opportunity assessment and ending with the creation and submission of the bid. • Make frequent presentations to the leadership group about bid and proposal positioning and winning strategies. • In charge of project services coordination, including technical evaluation, reporting, and suggestion writing as well as tendering out. • Plan and carry out the daily interface between the disciplines involved in the allocated projects. • As needed, take part in important customer reviews and meetings. • Throughout the project's execution, give internal and external stakeholders direction in order to achieve the project's goals. • provide technical assistance to guarantee the participation of Ghanaian indigenous content and its optimization in the associated upstream oil and gas services. To guarantee that PC difficulties are resolved efficiently and promptly, keep an eye on deliverables, feedback, and PC concerns.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering. • Certification in project management is advantageous. • Ten years of gas and oil experience. • Prior positions held, Onshore/Offshore, in priority order. • Project engineer, maintenance engineer, support engineer, and maintenance planner.
