Overview

The perfect applicant will be passionate about conveying stories through images, a gifted writer, possess an entrepreneurial and strategic approach, and have prior team management experience. The communication manager will be in charge of creating and carrying out all-encompassing communication plans that raise brand awareness, connect with the target market, and spur company expansion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide a group of interns, digital experts, and creatives. • Create and produce press kits, press releases, and related materials that are of the highest calibre, educational, and captivating. • Make sure that every message is in line with 55 Thrones' and its clients' important business strategies. • Produce material for newsletters, websites, press releases, social media, and other platforms. • Create informational documents, reports, articles, and presentations. • As needed, carry out or commission market research. • To produce fresh concepts and tactics, brainstorm, cooperate, and co-create with groups. • Work together with the PR and marketing departments to ensure that all deadlines, goals, and timetables are met. • Create and distribute reports on systematic activities. • Design, content, and production of marketing materials are planned, created, and managed. • Create plans for upcoming and ongoing product launches, promotions, and debuts. • Create concepts and proposals for customers regarding photo stories and documentaries. • Determine press and media opportunities. • Oversee and organize all content for social media and copy. • Organize and carry out communication strategies that support business objectives. • Determine your target audiences and adjust your messaging appropriately. • Encourage a cooperative and effective team atmosphere.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, journalism, marketing, or a similar discipline. • Experience working for an agency is beneficial. • Five years of experience in public relations, communications, or a similar field. • Expertise in technology and best practices for multi-platform campaigns. • Excellent communication skills—both verbally and in writing and presentations. • Strong ability to create content and write copy. • The capacity to multitask and regularly oversee several accounts and tasks. • Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused atmosphere while efficiently managing your time. • Initiative to provide fresh approaches and creative concepts for social media. • Outstanding abilities in media relations. • Capacity to assume team leadership and responsibility.
