Through the identification and implementation of the necessary modifications to the processes, capabilities, and culture, the Digital and Data Manager will assume a crucial role in spearheading Old Mutual Ghana's digital transformation. In order to drive a compelling and well-defined digital, data, and analytics strategy, the selected candidate will assist the digital and data executive.
• Create and manage an all-encompassing digital and data strategy that supports company objectives. • Create and carry out strategies to enhance the digital consumer experience from beginning to finish. • Boost sales, servicing, and digital interaction to enhance the customer experience. Examine and put into practice digital business models. • Deliver solutions in accordance with predetermined stage-gates by collaborating with the Platforms and Features teams. • Lead and supervise the digital product backlog that the in-country teams have provided. • Supervise the procedures for data governance, storage, and collecting to guarantee data security, privacy compliance, and quality. • Create and put into action plans to improve consumer experiences at every digital touchpoint while maintaining personalization and consistency. • Create feedback loops to gather user input and promote ongoing enhancements to digital experiences. • designing and putting into practice safe, effective processes for handling and analyzing data while paying close attention to technical details. • Work together to develop, execute, and oversee automation solutions with the IT and operations teams. • Keep the company on the cutting edge of new trends and technology by taking the lead in developing and implementing digital innovation plans. • Work together with cross-functional teams to design and execute cutting-edge digital solutions that improve customer experiences and provide you a competitive edge. • Evaluate and suggest digital technologies, platforms, and collaborations to enhance consumer engagement and operational efficiency on a continual basis. • establishing and upholding regulations for efficient data administration. • Make sure data is used for analytics to provide value. • Create pertinent reports on the analytics and data management of digital product performance in the marketplace.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline (a master's degree is desirable). • A track record of successful digital campaign management and more than five years of Proven experience in data analytics and digital customer experience. • Prior experience leading teams and in leadership positions. • Familiarity with project management. • Understanding of the Agile methodology • Proficiency in computer languages such as Python and R, as well as data processing tools, is advantageous. • It will be beneficial to have prior experience with BI and other digital technologies.
