Overview

To join our team, we are looking for a Property Management Coordinator that is meticulous and well-organized. The chosen applicant will be in charge of organizing our properties' daily activities, making sure they are managed effectively, and optimizing profits. The perfect applicant will be able to communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail, and function well under duress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues • Manage property inspections and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions • Oversee rent collection and accounting, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting, providing insights and recommendations to optimize property performance • Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with contracts and quality standards • Ensure compliance with regulations and laws, staying up-to-date with industry changes and best practices • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and owners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including property files, leases, and financial documents • Assist with marketing and leasing efforts, helping to attract and retain tenants • Collaborate with the property management team to achieve goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices • Conduct regular property visits, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions • Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance property management efficiency • Analyze property performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred • 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field; larger portfolio experience a plus • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines • Proficiency in property management software, such as Yardi or AppFolio • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with ability to interpret financial data and property performance metrics • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
