Overview

Creating a thorough plan to maximize our organization's and its partners' potential through research and innovation will be the responsibility of the Research and Innovation Manager. This person will play a crucial role in managing, organizing, and carrying out research in many departments, guaranteeing ongoing innovation in our program(s) and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work together with other departments to examine market needs, trends, and student and community requests. • Determine through careful study the areas that require new knowledge development, process improvement, and enhancement. • Organize, recognize, and evaluate a range of projects, determining their viability with regard to funding, investment, and expansion prospects. • Establish and maintain connections with research facilities, academic institutions, groups, and businesses that support leadership, community, and education. • Oversee the organization's research and innovation functions' development, governance, and management. • Make sure that all program trials and studies are conducted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations and that they are submitted to the appropriate authorities, sponsors, and host organizations on time. • Through regional and national research networks, promote the organization's goals in innovation and research. • Make sure the company collaborates with outside stakeholders to identify and leverage ideas. • Create and preserve fruitful collaborations with regional and national academic institutions. • Keep an exhaustive record of all research endeavours conducted within the company. • Assure the integrity of the organization's finances and research in every project that is undertaken. • Assist in the efficient distribution of study findings to pertinent stakeholders. • Make a yearly report that includes information on all research activities, earnings, and output. • Create a long-term, sustainable research and innovation strategy.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in research-related jobs. • Preferably a graduate or postgraduate degree • A mindset of constant improvement and learning. • Respect for our guiding principles. • A spirit of teachability, maturity, and humility. • Recognizing other people's points of view. • Efficiently interacting with others through communication. • Swaying other people to accomplish goals. • The capacity to identify a threat or opportunity. • Capacity to combine, integrate, and implement strategies.
