Development and Partner Relations manager

Overview

This functional area's fundraising objectives will be assisted by the Development and Partner Relations manager. This will entail collaborating with foundations and representatives of the public and commercial sectors, among other stakeholders. Working closely with other functional areas will also be a part of the responsibility to guarantee that reports are prepared and sent to partners on time.

Responsibilities

• oversee and uphold the accuracy of our funding systems and records. • Handle and improve our donor database, making sure that system updates and tracking are done correctly. • To make ensuring the group reaches its yearly fundraising targets, oversee fundraising research, plan its implementation, and evaluate the outcomes. • Help the Executive Director handle grants by helping with report writing, proposal modifications, and the creation of supplemental materials. • Work together with the financial staff to ensure that partners receive thorough reports on schedule. • Assist the marketing staff in maintaining up-to-date and efficient fundraising marketing materials. • Communicate with different teams, making sure they are aware of relevant developments that could affect talks about growth and development. • Seek out donations from corporations, people, and foundations in kind as well as cash. • Work together with the functional head to cultivate and maintain enduring partnerships.

Requirements
