Overview

To create and put into practice social media strategies that boost online visibility and enhance marketing and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create, put into action, and oversee our social media plan. • List the most crucial KPIs for social media. • In charge of the website, email marketing, social media accounts, online ads, and online presence for the business. • For optimum effect, plan, track, and create interesting content for social media initiatives. • Compile and provide reports to the management group on a regular basis. • Make use of social media marketing resources like Buffer. • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce engaging and educational content. • Work together with the departments of product development, sales, and marketing. • Keep an eye on user interaction and SEO, and recommend content optimization. • Use social media to connect with influencers and business leaders to build a powerful network. • To increase brand awareness, plan and participate in marketing campaigns and events. • Keep abreast with the newest technological advancements and best practices in social media. • Attend seminars that offer education. • Be prepared to travel for obligations and business gatherings. • Execute routine and ad hoc tasks. • Hire and develop the team's other members. • Give helpful criticism.

Requirements

• Three (3) years of experience in social media marketing, ideally in the financial sector or a related field. • Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools. • adaptability to quickly changing circumstances and shifting priorities. • Familiarity with consumer behavior and market trends on a local and global level. • Outstanding familiarity with Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media best practices • Strong knowledge of online advertising, web traffic analytics, digital marketing, and SEO. • Expertise in carrying out buyer and audience persona research. • Strong comprehension of social media KPIs • Knowledge of publication and web design • Minimum of a diploma in marketing or a similar discipline.
