Responsibilities

• Oversee continuing building projects • Assess site conditions by gathering information, assessing designs, and carrying out environmental impact studies. • Create project budgets and cost estimates. • Match the client's specifications with the initial designs and specs. • Examine building sites and write project summaries. • Conduct tests on materials and soil. • For building projects, prepare contract paperwork and examine and assess tenders. • Construction projects should be planned, developed, created, maintained, and managed in a sustainable, timely, and safe manner. • Any task that you are given as a civil engineer

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering as a minimum • 5-8 years of experience supervising construction, civil engineering, or road construction • A solid understanding of programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Autodesk AutoCAD, Microsoft Project/Similar, etc. • Outstanding ability to communicate • Outstanding abilities in project management • Adaptability and receptivity
