Counter Attendant/Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and sales-driven Counter Attendants/Sales Representatives to join one of the shops in Accra Mall and Kumasi Mall. As a Counter Attendant/Sales Representative, you will be the face of their brand, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and creating a memorable shopping experience customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers, answering queries and providing product information • Process transactions, handle cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments • Meet and exceed sales targets, promoting products and services to customers • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, demonstrating features and benefits • Create a welcoming and engaging store environment, restocking shelves and displays • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, reduce shrinkage, and improve customer satisfaction • Participate in visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customers and tasks • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and technology
