Business & Systems Analyst

Overview

Responsibilities

• Possess and enhance important systems and platforms: To guarantee flawless operation, high availability, effective use, and adherence to performance goals, manage and optimize crucial platforms. • Make data-driven decisions: Collect and evaluate information in order to suggest enhancements to procedures, systems, and system effectiveness. • Offer technological know-how Act as the internal technical specialist, resolve challenging problems, and produce lucid documentation • Take the lead on technical projects: Oversee the effective completion of technical projects from start to finish while working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality results. • Handle connections with vendors: Create and preserve a solid rapport with outside suppliers and technical service providers. • Create creative solutions: Collect and evaluate needs in order to create technological solutions that increase productivity, lower expenses, and improve customer happiness.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in information systems, software engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline • A track record of success in a business analysis, systems analysis, or related field • advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (Python, R, for example) • Proficiency with Tableau and Redash, among other business intelligence and data visualization tools • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to convert intricate data findings into practical suggestions for stakeholders that are not technical • It is advantageous to have shown expertise utilizing APIs for integration and automation. • It's advantageous if you have prior experience working in the financial services, telecom, or consumer mobile app industries.
