Overview

You will be in charge of overseeing the daily operations of the business, controlling inventory and sales, making sure that customers are satisfied, and keeping up the aesthetic merchandising of the establishment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients by providing them with information about the NAYA brand and suggested products • Taking care of client requests, grievances, and comments and informing management • Organizing and overseeing monthly events provides creative means of establishing connections with target groups. • Creating fresh concepts for gift packages that cater to various clientele, skin care requirements, and events. • Examining consumer behavior and creating plans to increase engagement and loyalty • Together with developing consumer-focused advertisements and fostering new customer involvement, you will collaborate with the marketing department to create collaboration possibilities and expand your client base. • Overseeing daily sales activities of the company to guarantee that sales targets are fulfilled • interacting with clients and learning about their requirements in order to cross-, up-, and offer them the best items • Managing orders and delivery across a variety of client contact channels, including the phone, website, and WhatsApp • Overseeing marketing, sales, and promotions in-store • Looking for marketing, collaboration, and sales events to attract new clients and increase sales • Overseeing visual merchandising, upkeep, and product placement to make ensuring store environments reflect the brand and draw in customers. • Keeping track of and controlling sales materials, samples, and shop inventory • Payroll and cash reconciliation • Upkeep of retail assets and equipment • Daily tracking, evaluation, and reporting of sales targets and customer service

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with two to three years of experience in retail, sales, office administration, customer service, marketing, or any other customer-facing roles, or an interest in the beauty industry. • A high school diploma with three to five years of experience in retail, distribution, sales, or customer service roles.
