As a member of the company's sales team, the function will oversee and be accountable for the profitable expansion of the company's clientele throughout West and Central Africa, with the exception of Nigeria and Ghana.
• Expand your company and boost sales in both traditional and modern trade. • Recognize sales through wholesalers and distribution • Lead distribution and the appointment of new distributors in markets • Monitor and Fulfill KPIs: • DoH, Sell-in, Sell-out, targets for local distribution, top clients, and MHskus. • Help maintain and update data related to value chains, pricing surveys, dials, JBP, brag albums, etc. • In charge of distributors' networks and sales staff training • Analyze competitors, look for fakes, and determine viewpoints of markets. • Supervising the execution of marketing strategies
• A minimum of two to three years' experience in business development, sales, and analysis • unrestricted travel throughout West and Central Africa • Capability to maneuver in a global setting within the organization • Excellent communication and analytical skills; fluent in both French and English. • The capacity to exercise strategic thought and make the best decisions for the long-term good of the company. • Sensibility of urgency: The capacity to meet deadlines while juggling several objectives. • A self-driven, "can do" mentality demonstrating a high level of initiative.
