• Campaign Development: Oversee the entire campaign development process, from conception to implementation, making sure that every campaign is tactically in line with company's goals and target market. Work together with the marketing team to create ideas and messaging for campaigns that are captivating. • Developing a Strategy: To determine industry trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape, do in-depth market research and analysis. Make use of the information to create data-driven marketing strategies that engage target audiences and produce quantifiable outcomes. To maximize results, track campaign success over time and make necessary strategy adjustments. • Summary of Website and SEO Activities: Assist in boosting the domain rankings of the company and making sure that the goal keywords align with the organization's areas of concentration by supervising and directing the SEO and Web development team. • Overview of the Social Media Desk: Make sure that social media initiatives are in line with brand rules and more general marketing objectives by supervising and advising the social media desk. Give social media campaigns and initiatives strategic direction by utilizing insights to maximize interaction and promote brand exposure. • Recommendations and Input: Take the lead in project management and oversee the creation of marketing briefs and plans for every project and campaign. In order to make sure that creative concepts, message, and strategies are in line with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and audience preferences, give marketing officers strategic input and critical criticism. • Monthly Project Review Meetings: Arrange and chair these sessions to assess the state of ongoing campaigns and projects. Examine project schedules and key performance indicators to spot any changes from the original plan and take appropriate corrective action. • To ensure alignment on campaign objectives, priorities, and deliverables, facilitate cross-functional discussions and collaboration with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and the other groups. • Enhancing team workflow: Determine which team processes could be made more efficient and effective. • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: To track marketing campaign performance in real time, put in place reliable tracking systems and analytics software. Create in-depth reports and dashboards that examine important data like engagement, reach, and conversion rates for campaigns. Future marketing strategies can be informed by the insights gleaned from data analysis.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline. Certificate of Ghana Stock Exchange will be an additional benefit. • A minimum of five years of marketing experience, along with a track record of effectively leading teams and executing marketing campaigns. • A track record of creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, ideally in the financial services or retail sectors • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to convert information and ideas into workable marketing plans. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, as well as the capacity to work well in cross-functional teams. • Incredibly well-organized, incredibly detail-oriented, and capable of overseeing several projects at once. • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to produce outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
