Overview

Working with human resources business partners (HRBPs), analyzing training needs, creating training plans, carrying out training sessions, and delivering informative training effectiveness reports are just a few of your duties. As a Super User, you will guarantee adherence to training SOPs and act as the go-to authority for our Learning Management System (LMS)

Responsibilities

• Create, distribute, and/or assist with the evaluation of appropriate off-the-shelf learning materials in accordance with and based on the local business and people strategies. • Collaborate with the Functional and Leadership learning leads to analyze the needs for learning and create a regional training catalog that includes a schedule, participant list, and learning budget. • Assist the local catalogue's delivery phase by making sure that every training—from nomination to training delivery—is coordinated from start to finish. In charge of communication and the training catalog. • With assistance from the invitation and Rive-Reine enrollment, coordinate all pertinent training procedures and keep an eye on the booking and administration of training. • Make sure that the training standard operating procedure (SOP) is followed, and that the participants and trainers are informed about the training's location, duration, and agenda. • act as the Ilearn Super User & SME, offering assistance and direction to users in the area. • Observe and assess the efficacy of instruction, offering perceptive evaluations and suggestions for enhancement.

Requirements

• A human resources bachelor's degree or its equivalent • Three to five years' minimum of expertise in human resources, including experience in employee services, HR services, and training operations. • Knowledge of handling several stakeholders frequently and successfully • Accomplishment of quantifiable goals with success • Networking and exerting influence over stakeholders at all levels in order to accomplish goals • Working knowledge of training providers • The capacity to manage hierarchical and cross-functional relationships.
