Daily responsibilities including full-life cycle recruitment, hiring, consulting, communication, and interviewing will fall under the purview of the Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet client needs and business objectives. • Job Description Development: Create job descriptions and job specifications to attract top talent and ensure accurate candidate matching. • Sourcing and Candidate Identification: Utilize various sourcing channels and techniques to identify, attract, and engage top candidates. • Interview Process Management: Design and manage effective interview processes, including scheduling, assessment, and evaluation. • Candidate Experience Enhancement: Foster positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process to enhance employer branding and reputation. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions. • Metrics and Performance Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Whole-life Cycle Hiring and Recruiting abilities • Proficiency in consultation and communication, interviewing techniques, and expertise in talent acquisition and recruiting • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities • Capacity to fulfill deadlines and perform effectively under duress • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as human resources
