The Head of Branding and Communications, who reports to the Deputy Chief Business Development Officer, is responsible for creating and overseeing the company's branding and communication materials in addition to strategically planning, coordinating, and managing all branding and communication-related activities. The position holder will offer Organize the Institution's events, both internal and external.
• To enhance the company's market share, develop and execute a branding and communication strategy in conjunction with EXCO for every client category. • Create a yearly communication and branding plan that includes a digital communication strategy. • Submit and keep an eye on the verified communication budget. • Oversee a group of communication officers and, where necessary, work with HR to oversee the hiring process. • Create and maintain a trustworthy brand image for the company in the targeted markets in order to increase market share and win over customers' trust and loyalty. • Assure consistency for both internal and external branches in accordance with the Group brand guidelines to preserve a noticeable brand identity. • Make sure the brand is prominent, uplifting, and compliant on all company-owned property, materials, and supports. • Create speeches and messaging that speak to each market segment for each good and service. • To make sure the shadowing process is successful, keep an eye on it from beginning to end. • Produce marketing materials, artwork, radio jingles, TV commercials, flyers, brochures, online banners, posters, promotional films, digital marketing materials, and more. • Oversee the purchasing and planning of media for communication items. • Track and assess each media campaign's effects. • Plan out the company's internal and external product and service launches. • To achieve operational goals, collaborate with product managers and branches to create and carry out media campaigns and promotional initiatives. • Organize connections with suppliers, the media, and important management players. • Compose the press releases and see to it that, if needed, they are carried by the major media outlets both domestically and abroad.
• Minimum degree requirements are in the arts, social sciences/humanities, marketing, and communication. • Six years of experience in the field at least. • A track record of success in managerial positions in the branding, public relations, and communications fields. • It is preferred if you have prior experience working for a global communication firm or in the media. • Outstanding organizing and leadership abilities with a focus on getting things done. • Outstanding interpersonal abilities and cultural awareness. • The capacity to identify workable answers that fit the particular situation. • Although not required, prior experience leading a team in an international organization is a benefit.
