Business Development Executive

Overview

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to become a member of our expanding team. You will be instrumental in boosting revenue and brand recognition for our top-tier personnel outsourcing and recruiting services in this fascinating position.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement focused sales tactics to bring in new business from a variety of sectors. • Using cold calling, networking, and market research, find and qualify possible leads. • Develop trusting connections with clients by learning about their workforce requirements and offering specialized solutions. • Create and deliver engaging presentations that clearly convey our services' value proposition. • Make sure all terms and conditions are satisfied when you negotiate and conclude sales contracts. • Work together with the marketing team to develop and implement successful marketing initiatives that increase brand recognition and lead generation. • Organize and evaluate marketing data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and pinpoint areas that require development. • Keep up on market developments and rivalry. • Participate in the creation and execution of overarching sales and marketing objectives.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree at least in business administration, marketing, or human resources • Three to five years' minimum of B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the staffing or recruiting sector. • Having prior HR and people management experience will be beneficial. • A track record of accomplishing revenue growth goals and sales targets. • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presenting abilities. • Strong ability to analyze and solve problems. • The capacity to function both alone and together. • Thorough knowledge of hiring best practices and staff outsourcing. • A self-starter with a commitment to success and a solid work ethic.
