We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at [Music Distribution Company]. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
• In charge of digital ad sales, hit and surpass sales targets. • To increase sales and create long-term channel advantages, cultivate and uphold long-term connections with important partners, ad agencies, and advertisers. You should also look into novel channel business models. • Make necessary modifications to digital advertising development plans by keeping an eye out for and identifying major developments in the digital advertising sector. • Gather market data in accordance with HQ's instructions. • In charge of finding sponsors and advertisements for the offline music events held by the firm.
• Three or more years of prior experience at an advertising agency, in a similar profession, or in business-to-business digital ad sales. • Outstanding negotiating and communication abilities to create consensus. • English proficiency is needed. • Self-driven and capable of working on their own while under duress. • Recognize that influencer marketing and comprehensive marketing provide value. • Have a strong enthusiasm for sales work and love music. • An elevated status (director or above level) networking in the banking, FMCG, and telco sectors
