Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing and Customer Service to lead our marketing and customer service teams. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth, while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the marketing and customer service department's daily activities and promptly and expertly handles escalating problems. • Establishes the company's brand building strategy, manages the brand planning procedures, and oversees the creation of an effective marketing mix. • Oversees the creation and improvement of creative designs and brand messaging to draw in new customers. • Creates and implements extensive digital marketing plans that support the overarching aims and objectives of the business. • Works in tandem with cross-functional groups, like sales and operations, to guarantee a smooth customer experience and the alignment of customer service objectives with the overarching business goals. • Keeps up with developments in the field of customer service, including best practices, emerging technology, and industry trends. Proactively suggests creative ways to improve customer service operations. • Reports on marketing and customer service on a regular basis to the board.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in operations management, marketing, customer service management, business administration, or a similar discipline; a master's degree in marketing is preferred. • Ten years of track record in a senior position such as head of customer service or marketing. • Knowledge of every aspect of company, including IT, HR, and finance. • The Art of Strategic Management • Familiarity with the financial services sector • Presentation and report. • Outstanding ability to communicate • Data-driven decision-making • Mentoring and Coaching • 10 Track record of exceeding expectations in customer service and fostering client loyalty and pleasure.
