Enterprise Growth: • When working on a pitch, collaborate closely with the Client Partner team members. • Participate actively in pitch presentations as a presenter. • Prepare replies to customer requests for information and proposals by collaborating with other agency personnel. • Make sure that all of the services that RT provides are known to the clients. • Identify potential new business prospects and let your management know about them. • Market the agency's offerings and the RT brand aggressively. Customer Connections • Establish and preserve positive client connections • Engage in active participation in client conversations and oversee and manage client meetings, for example, by taking the lead in talks about certain materials you are in charge of. • Meet often to plan and discuss account activities with the teams of your clients. • Examine and provide advice based on the marketing plans of your clients. • To increase client happiness, acknowledge the value of the agency, and support credentials and effectiveness award submissions, collect, disseminate, and act upon client feedback about campaign work. • When responding to issues, make use of your experience, and try to keep the involvement of more senior Client Partner team members to a minimum. Methodology • Arrange and carry out both desk and outdoor studies. • Gain knowledge about marketing techniques and strategies that are suitable and productive for your clients. imaginative • Create concept briefs by incorporating research, accounting, and marketing expertise. • Brief creative teams in a clear, succinct, and motivating way while making sure they are always completely informed of the needs of the customer. • Evaluate artistic creations and offer comments supported by facts. • Make sure the creative product complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, the client's brief, and RT's standards. • Present and market strategic creative concepts, as well as work with clients on daily account management • When necessary, challenge the client's perspective in accordance with the campaign's goals and the main creative idea. Then, constructively criticize the work in accordance with the brief. • Promote and exhibit enthusiasm for the agency's artistic creations.
