Overview

To supervise both corporate and retail sales activities, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales manager. In order to accomplish total business growth, this function combines the duties of leading corporate sales strategy with managing retail sales teams. The ideal applicant will be a strategic thinker with experience leading sales teams and the capacity to create and carry out winning multichannel sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, develop, and oversee a top-notch sales force to continuously surpass case and premium sales goals. • Create and implement sales strategies with an emphasis on generating leads, scheduling appointments, closing deals, and prospecting. • Plan and carry out sales activations and institutional presentations to advertise goods and services. • To make sure team objectives are fulfilled, track and evaluate sales performance measures (KPIs). • Examine proposal forms and make sure they are submitted on time while upholding strict guidelines for professional sales conduct and customer care. • Prepare timely and accurate sales reports for the management's consideration. • To meet corporate sales goals and increase the company's market share, develop and implement efficient sales tactics. • Find and seize fresh business prospects in the corporate world while cultivating enduring connections with influential decision-makers. • Close negotiations with corporate customers, negotiate conditions, and plan and execute high-profile corporate presentations. • Keep an eye on consumer demands, rivalry, and market developments to adjust your sales tactics. • Work together with internal teams to build solid client connections and guarantee the smooth delivery of services to clients.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as business, marketing, or insurance. • A minimum of three years' experience leading sales teams, ideally in the life insurance sector or a similar business. • A track record of surpassing or reaching sales goals in corporate and retail sales settings. • Strong communication, presenting, and negotiating abilities. • Capacity to assemble, lead, and inspire a sales team to attain superior performance. • Outstanding emotional intelligence and people management abilities, with the capacity to forge enduring bonds with both clients and teammates. • It is ideal if you have extensive understanding of life insurance products, such as welfare plans, group life, and credit life. • Competence in problem-solving, decision-making, and sales forecasting. • Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, among other computer programs. • Very determined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
