The primary responsibility for guaranteeing that the company's procedures adhere to ISO 45001, ISO 9001, statutory legislation, and the company's own needs lies with the safety, health, environment & quality officer.
The incumbent will be in charge of putting procedures and policies into place, keeping an eye on them, and assessing them in accordance with the company's quality and occupational safety management systems.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards
Developing and implementing safety programs
Conducting risk assessments and investigations
Training employees on safety procedures
Monitoring and evaluating workplace conditions
Managing environmental protection initiatives
Maintaining quality control processes
BSc/BA in Engineering, Health and Safety, or a related profession; OHSE and quality certifications.
At least two years of OHSE and quality management post-national service experience.
Technical abilities necessary to comprehend how an engineering organization operates.
Internal auditing experience will be advantageous.
