A training executive's overall responsibilities include helping the training manager fulfill the aforementioned mission statement and becoming ready for a future in which they would lead or oversee training operations.
• Assist the Training Manager in creating a training network that complies with corporate requirements. • Help the training manager make sure that all departments with corporately produced training BITES have properly implemented them and that they accurately represent all rules and procedures unique to the organization. • Adhere to the Training Manager's specified training marketing plan. • Encourage brand immersion and business DNA initiatives. • Always look for and encourage innovative methods, procedures, and systems to boost the effectiveness of the training services provided. • Fill out the corporate Experience Assessment forms in the manner directed by the hotel administration. • Determine who has the ability to train others, then suggest and develop Master Trainer candidates. • Assist the Training Manager in making sure that the company's training program is appropriately completed each month and that the results are updated. • Contributes to the L&D calendar planning process and shares with management to guarantee that learning opportunities and resources are optimized. • Engages in and supports business activities and efforts that promote sustainability. • Sustains involvement with regional hospitality establishments by way of events like site visits and guest lecturers. • Arranges the classroom, course materials, attendance record, and other pertinent items needed for instruction.
• A university education from a recognized school. • It is advantageous to have a specialization in education or human resources development. • Two years minimum of relevant experience in the hotel sector. • It is advantageous to have presenting and facilitation abilities for training sessions with both large and small groups of colleagues at all levels. • Working familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office. • Excellent written and spoken English is required. • Effective presenter with presenting and persuasion abilities. • Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to collaborate with coworkers from all cultural backgrounds and establish strong connections with colleagues at all levels. • Motivated and capable of working alone in a fast-paced setting with great initiative.
