Security Supervisor

Overview

As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets. You will supervise a team of security personnel, develop and implement security protocols, and collaborate with law enforcement and other stakeholders to prevent and respond to security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance management • Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols, including risk assessments, emergency response plans, and access control procedures • Conduct security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions • Collaborate with law enforcement and other stakeholders to prevent and respond to security incidents • Investigate security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and other criminal activity • Develop and maintain security reports, including incident reports, daily logs, and security metrics

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field preferred • 5+ years of experience in security supervision or management • Strong knowledge of security principles, protocols, and procedures • Proficiency in security software and systems, including access control and surveillance systems • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Must live within Spintex and its environs
