The appointed individual will have the duty of supervising the daily activities of the retail center. In order to create a successful retail environment, the function usually entails managing tenant relations, making sure the mall is well-maintained, arranging security and maintenance services, and trying to draw and keep tenants. The chosen applicant will also be responsible for customer service, marketing, and budgeting to improve the overall shopping experience for customers.
• Being the go-to person for all tenants and contractors on the ground, the mall should be operated and managed effectively. Take part in multiple daily site walks to guarantee operational excellence and compliance. • Handling the expectations of tenants and landlords in practice. • Keep an eye on newly leased spaces to make sure they adhere to the company's Tenant Criteria Guide. • Make sure the mall's cleaning operations are all done to the highest standards. • Management of retailer operations, tenant relations, engagement with local stakeholders, and administration management, which includes billing for rent. • Supervision of contractors and service providers on the ground to guarantee the site runs effectively and safely. • Good administrative support for the mall's management and operation, including receptionist work, diary coordination, and meeting deadlines. • Marketing empty units and increasing mall traffic and foot activity. In addition, you will be in charge of scheduling tenant visits.
• Education: A bachelor's degree or above in marketing, management, business, or a similar discipline is necessary. • Experience: Prior experience in property management, retail management, or a similar sector is highly desirable. • Real Estate Knowledge: It's critical to comprehend leases, property administration, and real estate procedures. • Computer Skills: Expertise in utilizing many software programs for financial evaluation, planning, and documentation. • Professional certification in project management, security management, and health and safety is preferred but not required. • Customer service: Providing mall patrons with a nice shopping experience is crucial, so having excellent customer service abilities is imperative. • Networking: Establishing and preserving connections with landlords, retailers, and other retail industry players is essential to success in this position.
