Stock Control Officer

Overview

The company is currently looking for a hands-on wholesale stock control officer to work out of Odorkor, Dzorwulu, Spintex, or East Legon.

Responsibilities

• Make sure that, before to delivery, the given products are compared to the invoice. • To make sure that goods don't expire while being stored, check and keep an eye on them. • To avoid sellout, separate away expired products and label them appropriately. • Take part in the weekly wholesale requisition of products that are low stocked. • Avoid stock outs and overstocking. • Keep an eye on stock levels and make sure there are enough supplies to match client demand. • Communicate with the supervisor whenever necessary to update stock records and other data on the computer systems. • To handle inventory discrepancies, conduct audits of stocks and random checks. • Help consumers make product purchases. • Putting together and submitting stock reports.

Requirements

• HND in procurement, purchasing and supply, or a similar discipline • Three (3) years of minimum experience in a comparable role is required. • Need to be a resident of one of the following places: Spintex, Dzorwulu, Odorkor, and East Legon
