Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Accra-based experiential manager. The role of the experiential manager will involve working with cross-functional teams to provide innovative ideas and guarantee the smooth implementation of client projects.

Responsibilities

Event planning

Client communication

Budget management

Logistics oversight

Team coordination

Post-event analysis

Creating memorable experiences

Ensuring client satisfaction

Managing vendor relationships

Implementing innovative ideas to enhance events

Requirements

BA in marketing or a similar discipline.
Seven years or more of expertise in an associated profession, such as experiential marketing or event planning.
Outstanding project management abilities, including the capacity to oversee several projects at once. 
Familiarity with creating and implementing original ideas. 
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail abilities 
Capacity to operate in a deadline-driven, high-speed work environment.
