Overview

Support in managing the team effectively to achieve set target; acquiring of new partners and management of the relationship with existing partners to maximize profitability and achieve the stated sales target. 

Responsibilities

  • Addressing and resolving key clients' complaints. 
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal team. 
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company. 
  • Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client. 
  • Develop a complete understanding of key account needs 
  • Manage communications between key clients and internal teams. 
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders and possible use in future case studies or company training Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines. 
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management. 

Requirements

  • Excellent in Market and competition Analysis, Business opportunity scanning, computer skills and good communication skills 
  • Leadership skills, team management, analytical and interpersonal relationship 
  • Passionate, self-discipline 
  • 4 years + retail or channel work experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University 
  • Candidates living in Accra is preferred
