We are looking for a capable secretary with an accounting experience to help with financial duties and offer administrative assistance to our team. The chosen applicant will be in charge of overseeing communications, managing office operations, setting up appointments, and keeping records.
Support management and employees administratively by answering calls, sending emails, and managing communications.
Make executive travel, appointment, and meeting arrangements.
Organize file systems and keep an eye on the stock of office materials.
Maintain ledger entries, make sure financial transactions are accurately recorded, and protect the accuracy of financial data.
Assist in keeping an eye on and managing budgets to make sure they comply with business rules and financial standards.
Contribute to the payroll process by offering precise financial information needed for wage computations.
Make sure that all corporate rules, laws, and accounting standards are strictly followed.
Participate in forecasting and financial analysis projects to support well-informed decision-making.
To properly analyze the financial performance of the organization, prepare and review financial statements.
HND, a degree plus two years of experience minimum.
Demonstrable experience working as an administrative assistant, secretary, or in a related role.
Outstanding attention to detail and organizing abilities.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook in the Microsoft Office suite.
The capacity to prioritize, multitask, and fulfill deadlines.
Professionalism and discretion while managing private information.
Recognizing financial statements and accounting concepts.
Expertise or familiarity with fundamental bookkeeping concepts.
