Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage financial transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a high level of accuracy with cash handling. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service while ensuring secure and efficient processing of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Cash Handling: Manage cash, credit card, and mobile payments, ensuring accuracy and security. • Transaction Processing: Process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges, adhering to company policies. • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues. • Cash Register Management: Maintain cash register balance, reconcile discrepancies, and perform daily cash counts. • Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile payment receipts, verify totals, and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• High school diploma in accounting or equivalent. • 1-2 years of cash handling experience. • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
