Overview

As a security coordinator, your main tasks include overseeing security operations, implementing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, coordinating with law enforcement, and ensuring the safety of personnel and assets. It's a crucial role that involves maintaining a secure environment and responding to security incidents effectively.

Responsibilities

Your primary duty is to ensure that the security guards you are assigned to are performing as required and that you are hiring qualified candidates who are eager to work tirelessly to meet the company's standards at every level.
You are expected to visit each of our clients, carefully inspect their surroundings, and provide them with guidance on how to proceed.
Ascertain that all employees have read the company's policies and procedures and that field guards are penalized.
Appropriate instruction on their employment duties and tasks.
Hiring competent and effective candidates to cover open positions. A weekly goal of six (6) applicants for recruiting, and uniformity in guard uniforms at all times.

You must provide a report to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Additionally, you must go to every place in a zone that will be assigned to you. 
All new hires must undergo a thorough background check, and you are responsible for making sure that the admin receives all relevant information. 
It is necessary to enter all reports and data into the database. 
A customer site should never be left unattended. 
You must also generate money, which means that you must speak with at least three potential customers each week in order to close at least two sales in a given month. 
All other responsibilities that may be assigned to you at any point are your responsibility.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited university. 
Must possess a thorough awareness of all security guidelines, rules, and recommended procedures, including physical security, emergency response protocols, risk management, and cybersecurity. 
Must possess prior experience working in law enforcement, the military, or in security-related professions with a track record of successfully managing security situations and organizing security operations. 
To communicate with internal stakeholders, outside agencies, and law enforcement, as well as to draft security-related reports, policies, and procedures, one must possess good verbal and writing communication skills.
