Overview

As a Senior Recruiting Officer, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process, driving recruitment initiatives and strategies to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing requirements, source qualified candidates, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans and strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate correspondence, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  Years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on [specific industry/sector].
  • Proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
