Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Advertisement and Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital advertising strategies to drive sales and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, excellent sales skills, and a creative mindset to effectively reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Digital Advertising Strategies: Create comprehensive digital advertising strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Manage Advertising Campaigns: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Sales Generation: Drive sales through digital advertising efforts by identifying target audiences, crafting compelling ad creatives, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering results within budgetary constraints.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Use insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in digital advertising to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives to tailor advertising solutions that meet their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and creative to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay Compliant: Ensure all digital advertising campaigns comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and platform guidelines.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

- Proven experience in digital advertising, with a minimum of X years in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and revenue growth through digital advertising campaigns.

- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., to track and measure campaign performance.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative advertising strategies.

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics is a plus.

- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications is desirable.
