We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR & Admin Assistant Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and administrative operations. The successful candidate will assist in various HR and administrative tasks, supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.
HR Functions: • Recruitment: Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination. • Employee Onboarding: Prepare new hire paperwork, orientation materials, and ensure compliance. • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR systems. • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, communication, and compliance. Administrative Functions: • Office Administration: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities. • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages. • Documentation: Maintain organized digital and physical files. • Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordination of company events.
• Currently enrolled or recent graduate in a Bachelor's degree program in HR, Business, or related field. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
