In order to achieve business goals, the position entails managing the creation and execution of growth initiatives, cultivating and preserving client relationships, and working with many teams.
• Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Design, execute, and monitor comprehensive growth plans to expand market share, increase revenue, and enhance competitiveness. • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience and loyalty. • Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to align business development initiatives with organizational goals. • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and innovation. • Partnership Development and Management: Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships to drive business expansion, improve market position, and enhance offerings. • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and adjust growth strategies accordingly, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Shown expertise in sales, business development, or a similar discipline • Proven capacity to achieve goals and promote company expansion • Excellent networking, negotiating, and communication abilities • Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking • Capacity to function both alone and collaboratively • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline • Knowledge of CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite is advantageous, as is prior design industry experience.
