We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Planner/Travel Reservation Officer to plan and coordinate travel itineraries, make reservations, and ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.
• Consultation with clients: Communicating with customers on the business's behalf. Help customers arrange and reserve their trip schedules, which should include flights, lodging, transportation, and other activities. • Tailored vacation Packages: Design unique vacation packages according to the tastes and financial constraints of your clients. • Tour Coordination: Plan and direct group excursions while making sure that all logistics are effectively handled. • Customer service: Respond to clients' questions, fix problems, and give travel recommendations to deliver exceptional customer service. • Visa Assistance: Helping customers with the processing of their visa applications by filling out online forms, scheduling appointments for customers on the different embassies' visa application platforms, and being adaptable while managing visa paperwork.
• A first degree or higher national diploma, or its equivalent, in the travel and tourism, hospitality services, or a similar subject is preferable. • At least three (3) years of experience in the travel and tourism sector, or equivalent experience in a similar role in a forward-thinking workplace. • Tour booking abilities for hotel and airline reservations using industry systems. • Reservations, confirmation, and purchasing abilities for airline tickets. • Tour organisation, packing, and cost. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • Outstanding multitasking and organising skills.
